            8             MS. RICHMOND:  The Board Members met in 

            9    closed session and discussed settlements and 

           10    personnel matters.  

           11             MS. MA:  All right.  The Board is pleased 

           12    to announce the appointment of Trista Gonzalez to 

           13    the position of Chief Tax Policy Division.  This 

           14    appointment is effective immediately.  

           15             Please join me in congratulating Trista to 

           16    the BOE Executive Team.  

           17             Any other items, Ms. Richmond?

           18             MS. RICHMOND:  That concludes our business 

           19    for today.  

           20             MS. MA:  Okay.  Thank you all for
